Development of a project for the construction of a sanitary sewage system in ul. Ogrodowa in Golęczewo. 3.1. The subject of the order is the development of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. In regarding the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (design documentation including the land development design, architectural, construction and technical) for the construction of: •sanitary sewage system as part of the investment task 5-16-23-035-1 Suchy Las - sanitary sewage system in ul. Ogrodowa in Golęczewo along with obtaining a final building permit decision (AQUANET ARE. allows obtaining building permit decisions in electronic form. This or a building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains to be decided contractor) and providing author's supervision during the works implementation phase performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the order from the date of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works until signing the final acceptance protocol of these works. Detailed requirements regarding the Subject of the Order and any other information regarding design solutions are included in the attached technical conditions issued by AQUANET S.A. forming the basis of design.
