Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of a program and spatial concept along with documentation of designs for the construction of a rowing marina building at ul. Babia Wie 3 5 in Bydgoszcz (including obtaining all required decisions on behalf of the Ordering Party, certificates, opinions and agreements on the basis of which it will be possible to perform construction works). The subject of the order is described in the appendix entitled Description of the subject of the order. 2. Before commencing construction works on the basis of documentation subject of these proceedings, an agreement will be concluded with the contractor of the documentation to exercise author's supervision over the implementation of construction works performed on its basis, under the conditions specified in point. 7 OPZ.3. Order completion date: 16 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, including: STAGE I - within 4 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, STAGE II - within 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, STAGE III - within 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, STAGE IV - within 16 months from the date of conclusion contracts. the joint execution of the entire scope, i.e. Stages I, II, III and IV, will constitute the execution of the subject of the contract.
