1. The subject of the order is the development of a program and spatial concept as well as technical documentation for the expansion and reconstruction of the protective facility in Suwałki. The developed design documentation aims to: a/ applying for external funds for reconstruction, expansion of the protective facility, b/ obtaining the necessary consents, arrangements and formal and legal permits, c/ conducting a tender procedure for the implementation of the task and execution of works upon obtaining funds. The documentation must meet the applicable requirements technical and construction regulations and conditions and be developed in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679, consolidated text). 2. Detailed description of the item the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order". 3. The contractor is obliged to ensure that the subject of the order is performed by persons with appropriate professional qualifications appropriate to the functions that will be entrusted to them, i.e. industry designers, fire protection appraiser. 4. Due to the fact that the documentation prepared by the Contractor will constitute a description of the subject of the order constituting an annex to the SWZ for the implementation of construction works in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019.
