Printing, finishing and delivery Distribution Writing Photographic reports The consultation concerns: - printing (including paper supply), shaping and delivery (lot 1) - distribution (lot 2) - writing (lot 3) - the photographic reports (lot 4). The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. In addition to the section relating to the maximum number of holders: for lots 1 and 2: each framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. For lot 3: the framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). For lot 4: the framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 4 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). In addition to the “Estimated value (excluding tax)” section, this is the maximum amount of the framework agreement for all lots combined and all periods combined (renewals included) or 4 years.
