Land development, plot no. 259 rev. Lubieniw - The plot in question, registry number 259, Lubieniw district, Recz commune, is a plot with road access to a multi-family residential building located on plot no. 166 and to garage buildings (in terraced houses) located on plots no. 173 and 174. The road next to the multi-family building and the access to the garage are two-way. There is a bus shelter in the eastern part of the plot. The section of the road towards the north (access to the plot no. no. 3), is inaccessible to cars. This is a section intended mainly for pedestrian and bicycle traffic, and its use remains unchanged. The section of the road towards the west (access to plot no. 21) is restricted to car traffic. From the side multi-family building on plot no. 166, the road is closed to car traffic. Changes in traffic organization are planned, the western section is designed as a one-way section.
