This hiring is aimed at the technical and computer development consulting services necessary for the creation of a platform for the issuance of electronic attributes statements in a digital identity portfolio that meets the technical requirements of the EUDI Wallet.
He Digital identity area of ISTEC, as a qualified provider of trusted services and with access to authentic sources of information, is positioned as an entity capable of issuing credentials in accordance with the standards defined by EIDAS2. With this tender it is sought to reach the following goals:
- Issue verifiable credentials based on the authentic sources of information available. These credentials must be adjusted to the standards and requirements of EIDAS2, thus ensuring interoperability and cross -border recognition.
- Integrate the transmitter with infrastructure and established protocols, such as the use of EBSI to manage trust lists and integration with the sovereign portfolio of Spain, facilitating the interaction between different public and private services.
- Examine possible improvements and evolutions, such as the adoption by ISTEC of the role of Identity supplier for natural persons and legal entities.
- Select relevant credentials to be integrated as credentials verifiable in the digital identity ecosystem and elaborate the corresponding rules books for each of them. This approach t...
