The subject of the order is the provision of services covered by the task titled: DEVELOPMENT in the period from January 1, 2027. until December 31, 2027 SEPARATELY COLLECTED BIODEGRADABLE KITCHEN WASTE AND BIODEGRADABLE WASTE WITH CODES 20 01 08 and 20 02 01, consisting in the management of municipal kitchen waste biodegradable and biodegradable waste with codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01, originating from inhabited and uninhabited properties in the area of ​​the city of luboń, as well as collected at the selective municipal waste collection point, carried out appropriately to the location of the contractor's municipal installation through: a) collection of waste delivered by the ordering party to the contractor's municipal installation and its management by the contractor in accordance with the applicable waste act in total estimated amount up to 2200 mg, in the period from january 1, 2027 until december 31, 2027 (installation location within 45 km from the ordering party's headquarters); or b) collection by the contractor and transport of waste from the reloading station in luboń to the site of development and their management by the contractor in accordance with the applicable waste act in a total estimated amount of up to 2, 200 mg, in the period from january 1, 2027. until december 31, 2027 (location ...
