The subject of the Convention is the digital preservation and protection of Costa Tsoklis' artistic archive, as well as its promotion through the design and development of a series of actions that will make it known and accessible to the general public. Specifically planned: a) digitization-photographing About 1500 works of art (paintings, sculptures, installations, etc.), b) - digitization - scan 500 drawings,
- Digitization of 7000 photographs and other printed archival material, c) - Digitization of 60 catalogs with artwork by Costas Tsoklis (100 pages on average / directory), as well as d) - Digitization A rare version of the Odyssey where Kostas Tsoklis has intervened (about 385 pages).
In addition, the Contractor is obliged to install and accommodate the project applications and material, in installing his responsibility or in a special center for host Center without Additional costs for the body for at least five (5) years from the date of receipt of the project. The Contractor is therefore obliged to make a Migration of the application to the digital data center to be indicated.
