Consultants should fulfil and declare that they have met the following longlisting criteria for their submissions to be considered further: (a) Consultants possess expertise, resources and experience in Hong Kong and elsewhere in providing consultancy services in:- - solid waste management and treatment; - environmental impact assessment; - hazard assessment; - greenhouse gas management; - urban and regional planning and design; and - contract management and procurement including pre-qualification and tendering, and (b) Consultants possess ISO 9000 certification
