Development of an operational BIM model_KBF/091/2026 Development of an operational BIM model in the Szécház on Szabadság tér Szécház, which is under MNB monument protection, on a net floor area of 23, 000 m2. The goal to be achieved by implementing this public procurement is complex, integrated BIM-based creation of an operational building information model for the MNB Headquarters, which ensures: - structured data management covering the entire life cycle of the building; - digital operational support with 3D display; - for the ArchiFM system full integration; - the development of BIM competencies of users and operational staff; - the development of the data and document structure necessary for operation; - the BIM-compatible conversion of operative work processes.
