❖ In more detail, the work includes: the development of the old "swimming pool" in new functional premises, and, reorganization of spaces for all building users in order to split/clearly distinguish the ESPCF and HAPCF zones, and therefore daytime and night. The work ofPresent project mainly relates to: o a phasing and a rigorous site schedule, the site / the establishment is permanently occupied (7 days a week and 24 hours a day). Indeed, it welcomes a specialized school for children in kindergarten and primary (non -autonomous populationDiurnal) and a specialized permanent reception for primary and secondary children (non -autonomous diurnal and night population); o Demolition - transformation and adaptation of the existing situation; o Strong work and masonry; o Punctual interventions in facades; o New exterior joinery; o Interior finishes such as: ■ Partitioning; ■ EL30 or simple doors; ■ Brobs/ tiles/ linoleum; ■ Faux-Plafonds; ■ Planning joinery/ furniture; ■ Compartmentalization; o Sanitary: ■ Adaptation of the existing; ■ Food anddump ; ■ health devices; ■ Cold and warm water connections; o electricity: ■ Adaptation and transformation of the existing installation; ■ Lighting / fire detection; o HVAC: ■ Adaptation and transformation of the existing installation into heating; ■ Ventilation(extraction zone humide) ;
