The Supreme Council for Environment (SCE) intends to develop its official website to reflect current digital trends, Information eGovernment Authority (IGA) standards, and United Nations accessibility and digital service criteria. The project aims to deliver a modern, user-friendly, and fully accessible platform that clearly presents the Council-s mission, services, and strategic initiatives. The current website has been in use for several years and no longer meets evolving user expectations or modern digital standards. Its reliance on legacy technologies also makes required updates and enhancements increasingly difficult, particularly those needed to meet United Nations and Information eGovernment Authority (IGA) requirements. This project will improve the SCE website-s functionality, user experience, and accessibility, resulting in a modern, efficient, and sustainable digital platform that supports SCE-s mission and strategic objectives.
