Request for proposals are invited for Development of a National Higher Education Policy for Jamaica

Eligibility:
Bidders must upload a copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate/ Tax Compliance Letter on the GOJEP system with their proposals/ bids at the time of Bid Submission.

Availability of Tender Documents:
Tender Documents will be available for download as of Wednesday, June 9, 2021 via the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement Portal (GOJEP) (www.gojep.gov.jm).
Registration instructions are available online and all interested participants are required to register.
No offline (hard copies) proposals/bids will be accepted and there will be no physical Tender Box for submission.
All clarifications MUST be uploaded to the GOJEP Portal.

Submission Deadline:
Proposals/Bids must be submitted online via the GOJEP website no later than June 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Tenders/Proposals will be opened online at 2:15 p.m. on June 28, 2021.
Bids/Proposals submitted after the stipulated deadline will be automatically rejected by the GOJEP system.
The Ministry of Education, Youth & Information reserves the right to terminate the procurement exercise and reject all submissions at any time before the award of a contract, without incurring any liability.
