The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the development of a document called Development of the Municipal Climate Change Adaptation Plan for the City of Kranik along with carrying out the strategic environmental impact assessment procedure in the scope indicated by appropriate bodies, with the participation of the public as part of the consultative and participatory process, along with participation in activities related to its adoption and implementation.2. The subject of the order should be consistent with the current guidelines resulting from the Manual adaptation for cities, developed by the Ministry of the Environment, with currently applicable legal provisions and current EU, national and local planning and strategic documents.3. The scope of the order will remain developed in the following stages: 1) stage 1: diagnosis, climate analyzes and social consultations, 2) stage 2: development of the Kranik MPA, 3) stage 3: adoption of the Kranik MPA by the Kranik City Council. 4.
