1. The Local Government Unit Tiwi, Albay, through the Development Fund Continuing Appropriation for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Three Hundred Twelve Pesos & 64/100 (₱2, 621, 312.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development of Multipurpose Facilities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay now invites bids for Construction of perimeter fence, slope protection/drainage system. Completion of the Works is required 96 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
