a) The subject of this order is a service consisting in the development of a multi-variant concept for the reconstruction of the tram track in ul. Westerplatte together with the Poczta Gwna turnout as part of task no. ZDMK/ST.6.11/12 Modernization of tram tracks together with accompanying infrastructureb) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order using: draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, material scope constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, technical conditions constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZc) The minimum warranty period is 24 months, the maximum warranty period is 36 months. Offers with a warranty period shorter than 24 months will be rejected. d) The Ordering Party does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship the featur ssb ssbs visible from the realising order.
