This constitutes the basic scope of the order. 2) Optional scope order: In addition to the basic scope of the order indicated in point 1, the Ordering Party also provides, under the reserved option right, to prepare materials for the environmental decision together with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions and development of a program concept along with an analysis of the real estate market.
