This constitutes the basic scope of the order. 2) Optional scope of the order: In addition to the basic scope of the order indicated in point 1, the Ordering Party also provides, within the reserved right, additionally, preparing materials for an environmental decision together with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions and developing a program concept together with an analysis of the real estate market.
