1. The subject of the order is the development of multi-disciplinary, comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of two multi-family residential buildings with underground garages, parking spaces and an internal road on plots no. 116/4, 118/4, 120/11, 122/12, 125/4, 127/10, 237/1, 237/2 (area 0032 Dzierzkw 2, sheet 44) located in Radom, owned by RTBS Administrator Sp. z o. o. 2. As part of the order in question, the following should be designed:2.1. Two multi-family residential buildings with underground garages and basements along with the necessary connections and networks, taking into account the requirements specified by media owners, i.e. water supply installations, sanitary sewage systems, storm sewage systems, heating networks, energy networks, telecommunications, fiber optic and land development, i.e. roads, parking spaces and green areas.2.2.
