1. The subject of the order is the development of multi-disciplinary design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a multi-family residential municipal building with an underground garage based on the developed architectural and urban concept, in the area of plot no. 13/3 obrb 69 located at ul. Zbigniew Herbert in Legionowo and providing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works. 2. Housing investment carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 5, 2018 on facilitations in the preparation and implementation of housing investments and accompanying investments. The designed building cannot differ from the solutions adopted in the architectural and urban planning concept to the extent resulting from the above-mentioned requirements. Act. 3.
