Development of a multi-discipline, complete construction design and executive design for the task titled: "Expansion and reconstruction of the building of the Faculty of Jazz and Popular Music of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice 1.The subject of the order is development of a multi-discipline, complete construction design and executive design (hereinafter collectively referred to as documentation or design documentation) for the task titled: "Expansion and reconstruction of the building of the Faculty of Jazz and Popular Music of the Academy of Music. Karol Szymanowski in Katowice", covering the full scope of design work necessary for the implementation of the investment along with the transfer of copyrights to the documentation and all works created under the Agreement. The documentation should be developed in accordance with applicable law, including the Construction Law and industry standards, principles of technical knowledge, and must take into account all legal and administrative requirements related to the project, including obtaining all necessary permits, consents and administrative decisions. The order will be implemented in the competitive dialogue mode, which will allow for detailed discussion with potential contractors of various variants of design solutions and optimization of documentation for functional, technical and cost aspects, while maintaining full transparency of the proceedings. 2.
