The scope of the subject of the contract is released from the basic pollination (guaranteed) and from the pollination devoted by the law of options (part of options). 2from the necessary infrastructures in Sztum on the Department with registration number 279/214 and 279/235 Obrb 4 m. Sztum. 3. The scope of the subject of the basic pollination includes, among others Design: 1) three (3) multi -family residential buildings with four (4) above -ground floors with elevators; 2) internal vibrationsalong with parking spaces (including for OSB with non -efficiency); 3) pedestrian vibrations, access vibrations; 4) stable waste collection places; 5) recreation places in this playground; 6) facility of small architecture; 7) devoted greenery (high and low); 8) Landing of the area; 9) terrain monitoring; 10)Rainwater sewage system using, among others, bkitno green infrastructure; 11) all necessary causes to the network and technical infrastructure (including sanitary sewage, watercolor, teletechnika, energy, heating, ventilation, ventilation, air conditioning ...
