The contractor must perform a full cycle of work on the development of a mobile application for the Shopping and entertainment center: - development according to the terms of the technical task - initial data filling (in coordination with the customer's specialists - testing - training of personnel and creation instructions - pilot operation - industrial launch - provision of warranty support Detailed functional and non-functional requirements are given in the Technical Task (Appendix 1), which is an integral part of this tender. Requirements for the contractor: experience in mobile of development from 2 years min. 5 implemented projects presence of a team (PM, QA, dev) experience in a similar field The participant must provide: Description of the approach to implementation Project team (roles, experience) Work schedule Cost (with a breakdown by stages) Terms of support Portfolio of relevant projects.
