The study includes 3 parts which must be carried out in parallel and feed into each other. It aims to define a study and work program over 10 years, aimed at protecting receiving environments, achieving and maintaining conformity of sanitation systems and including in particular the redefinition of the sludge sector of the Douai sewage treatment plant and the rehabilitation / reconstruction of the latter.
