Tender Details

The PLUi will be developed in compliance with the legislation and regulations in force, respecting in particular the principles of associated development provided for in article L. 132-7 of the Town Planning Code and consultation with the population provided for in article L. 103-2 of the Town Planning Code. These will be part of a perspective of implementing the general guidelines of the SCoT-AEC of Pays du Mans, adopted on May 12, 2025. The PLUi will cover the entire territory of the community of municipalities, i.e. 13 municipalities, and will ultimately replace existing municipal planning documents.
