Tender Details

The PLUi will be developed in compliance with the legislation and regulations in force, respecting in particular the principles of associated development provided for in article L. 132-7 of the Town Planning Code and consultation with the population provided for in article L. 103-2 of the Town Planning Code. These will be part of a perspective of implementing the general guidelines of the SCoT-AEC of Pays du Mans, adopted on May 12, 2025. The PLUi will cover the entire territory of the community of municipalities, i.e. 13 municipalities, and will ultimately replace existing municipal planning documents. Thus, the service provider's mission includes: - Assistance to the community in developing its territorial project by leading the process; - Implementation, the development and management of the procedure until the approval of the PLUi, - The establishment of the constituent documents of the approved PLUi project, - The conduct of the consultation - The regulatory formatting of the GIS data linked to the PLUi (CNIG format) - The completion of the environmental assessment file, - Preparation and monitoring of the public inquiry, - After public inquiry, modification of the constituent documents of the approved PLUi, - Submission on Géoportail-urbanisme
