1) The DENR PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE - TARLAC (PENRO TARLAC), through the General Appropriation Act CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos only (PhP 4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DEVELOPMENT OF LINEAR PARK ALONG EASEMENT AREA along Ungot Creek, Brgy. Paraiso, Tarlac City, Tarlac with Contract No. 2026-ITB-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DENR PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE - TARLAC (PENRO TARLAC), now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is within 90 calendar days or 3 months from the date of the official start of the project. Bidders should have completed, within 24 months or 2 years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
