Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is the development of up to three innovative language technology e-tools based on the development idea described in the final tender submitted by the contractor in the public procurement. The e-tool must support the learning of the Estonian language for the described target groups and have, in addition to educational value, the potential for further development into a marketable product and wider use. As part of the procurement, the customer expects commercially viable solution ideas, in which the technical feasibility, development plan and business model are described. The contractor must be ready to demonstrate the market potential of the solution, the ability to develop it into a marketable product and ensure its further marketing and sustainable operation.
