Development of language technology e-tools to support learning Estonian as a second language (Estonian Language Institute) The purpose of the procurement is the development of up to three innovative language technology e-tools in the final tender submitted by the contractor in the public procurement based on the described development idea. The e-tool must support the learning of the Estonian language for the described target groups and, in addition to educational value, have the potential for further development into a marketable product and wider use. As part of the procurement, the customer expects business viable solution ideas, in which technical feasibility, development plan and business model are described. The executor must be ready to prove the market potential of the solution, the ability to develop it into a marketable product and ensure its further marketing and sustainable operation.
