Tender Details

The purpose of the procurement is to order additional functionality to the existing location-based rapid threat notification system (Public Procurement No. 230617), enabling the transmission of threat notifications in the language chosen by the user of the mobile phone number of Estonian mobile operators.

The object of the procurement is the development and interface of the existing systemworks as interfaces with the databases of mobile operators specified in the tender. The estimated cost of this part is a total of 455, 000 euros.

The object of the procurement is also a support service at the end of the warranty period, the estimated cost of which is 54, 000 euros in total.

There will be an information session on the 15th regarding the object to be acquired.02.24 at 11. The information session takes place via Teams, and prior registration at Antti.Turmann@riks.ee is required for participation.
