Tender Details

The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works related to the construction of a public recreation site on the plot no. 67/2 in the Polana area, through the development of the area where a beach volleyball court and small sports facilities will be built. architecture, a barbecue shelter and a toilet building. As part of the order, the Kamienna stream will be drained and the holes will be locally filled at km 0+135 0+222, register no. 17/2 and 70/2. The scope of the order is specified in detail in the design documentation, Appendix No. 7 to SWZ and STWiORB Annex No. 8 to SWZ. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which constitute Annex No. 6 to SWZ. The contractor must offer at least a 5-year warranty period for physical defects and quality guarantee for the entire subject of the order.
