Development of the Irrigation Master Plan for the Annonay Rhône Agglo territory The composite framework study agreement will be executed by fixed prices indicated in the DPGF (without purchase orders) and by unit prices indicated in the schedule of unit prices (by issuing purchase orders). The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 100, 000 euro(s) excluding tax over the total duration of the framework agreement. Details of the phasing of the operation appear in the specifications. The services are paid by unit and fixed prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar services envisaged. This study aims to develop an irrigation master plan for the 5 ASAs in the Annonay Rhône Agglo territory in order to secure sustainably supply agricultural water, reduce dependence on the drinking water network and adapt uses to climate change. It includes a technical, hydrological, agronomic, legal and financial diagnosis, measurement campaigns and hydraulic modeling, then the definition of investment scenarios, governance and a multi-year action program.
