Tender Details

The subject of the order is the development of design documentation together with obtaining administrative decisions enabling the implementation of construction works, which includes design study for the public road: 1) Lemiana Street (approx. 1000 m). The Ordering Party will provide contractor of the program and spatial concept for the construction of Lemiana Street. The activity will result in the creation of a handover and acceptance protocol signed by the Parties to the Agreement (the final method of developing the road strip of the street should be submitted to the ordering party in order to adopt the appropriate solutions for further design work), 2) drainage for the above-mentioned sections (approx. 900 meters); connecting the designed stormwater drainage system to the retention reservoir and the existing sewage system, 3) telecommunications technological ducts, 4) road lighting, and for above industry studies: - investor cost estimates, - bills of quantities, - technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works.
