The investment includes, among others: - Removal of conflicts with the existing utilities, reconstruction of external networks, measurement systems and connections, - Removal existing building, demolition of building no. 7, PZT drawings, - Removal of all tree bushes, etc., - Removal of existing drainage elements, drainage channels, wells, rainwater channels, - Installation of area lighting installations along with monitoring, - Grubbing of roots and removal of impurities, - Dismantling of hardening of the area in places where there is a collision with the investment, pavement, asphalt, - Renovation of stormwater sewage wells, - Removal of the sliding gate along with a fragment of the fence, - Supplementing the slopes with fattening embankment...
