The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in comprehensive development by a specialist of Individual Support Paths (IW) for 30 families raising children, including those raising children with disabilities, residing in the City of Jasa in Podkarpackie Voivodeship, experiencing difficulties in fulfilling care and educational functions, being participants of the Family for YES project implemented under the regional program European Funds for Podkarpacie 20212027, Priority FEPK.07 Capital human ready for change, Measure FEPK.07.19 Social integration, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, in the period from August 2026. until December 2028 Due to the possibility of families resigning from participating in the Project during it duration and other families qualifying to replace them, it is assumed that the specialist will be available temporarily as part of the order, so that an Individual Support Path can also be developed for the new family.
