Development, implementation and maintenance of a platform for the governance of CAT data (GDCAT) The purpose of the contract is the contracting, implementation and operation in SaaS mode of a data governance platform, as well as the services associated professionals for configuration, start-up and support. The scope of the contract includes: The provision of the SaaS licenses necessary for the operation of the platform. The complete configuration and deployment of the solution, in accordance with the data governance model defined by the CAT. The implementation of a mandatory pilot use case. Maintenance, support and evolution services throughout the term of the contract. The solution must support the policies, CAT corporate protocols and procedures regarding governance, quality, security and data traceability. These works complement those carried out in Action A003 Data governance, of the PERTE project of the CAT: Digital transformation of the complete process of collection, treatment and distribution of the Consorci d-Aigües de Tarragona.
