DEVELOPMENT OF HERITAGE PARK PHASE II - CONSTRUCTION OF 2 STOREY COMMERCIAL COMPLEX PHASE I
1) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the 20% Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Million Pesos (Php 25, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DEVELOPMENT OF HERITAGE PARK PHASE II - CONSTRUCTION OF 2 STOREY COMMERCIAL COMPLEX PHASE I) under Project ID # GF-2026-008-CO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Twenty (220) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
