"Development of greenery in urban areas as part of the Green Budget of the city of Katowice - Part 1" 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services titled: "Development of greenery in urban areas as part of the Green Budget of the city of Katowice - Part 1" 2. The subject of the order includes: 1) Task No. 1 (in the basic subject of the contract): provision of a service involving the development of greenery in urban areas in seven locations indicated in the SWZ. 2) Task No. 2 (service covered by option law): a) maintenance and care of completed developments in the period from April 15, 2027 - October 15, 2027 in the Locations indicated in the SWZ, in accordance with the attached design and cost estimate documentation for individual Locations, b) maximum value of the option right - 14, 600.00 PLN, c) The Ordering Party makes the exercise of the option right dependent on the financial capacity to exercise it. 3. The subject of the contract for Task No. 1 assumes the provision of services for individual locations in accordance with the design scopes and posted bills of quantities and includes, among others: 1) cleaning and preparation of the area for planting, 2) maintenance works, 3) installation of small architecture elements, 4) planting plants, finishing and maintenance works. 4. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the order for Task No. 1, the requirements related to its implementation are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ containing designs for individual Locations, including: 1) Bills of quantities, 2) Technical descriptions, 3) Technical drawings...
