3. Subject of the order: 3.1. The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works for the task called Development of green and blue infrastructure in the city center of Skaa and the revitalization project of the Market Square.3.2. The ordering party does not allow this possibility submitting partial offers. Justification for not dividing the order into parts: 3.3. The division of the order is unjustified. The construction objects that are the subject of the order each constitute a technically usable whole and their division would be unfavorable for the ordering party. Moreover, the scale the order is small and, in connection with the content of the terms of participation in the procedure and the offer evaluation criteria, it should be assumed that the order can be performed by an averagely prepared and experienced small or medium-sized entrepreneur from the construction industry specializing in works construction in the general construction industry, operating on the relevant market. Therefore, the lack of division of the order into parts has no impact on the competitiveness of the procedure.
