1. Relevant Experience: The firm or consortium should have a proven track record in similar projects, particularly in the fields of digital agriculture, e-Book development, and multimedia content creation. Experience in projects involving Generative AI, cloud-based platform management, and data analytics would be highly advantageous.

2. Technical Expertise: Possession of the necessary technical expertise, as outlined in the scope of work, is crucial. This includes skills in AI and machine learning, cloud computing, UI/UX design, data analysis, SEO, and digital marketing.
