The subject of the order is the development of a Functional and Utility Program for the task entitled: Replacing the parquet floor in the Sports and Entertainment Hall located at ul. Żeromskiego 4c in Sosnowiec. The scope of the order is the development of a functional program - replacement of the sports floor in a public utility facility - the Sports and Entertainment Hall located at ul. Żeromskiego 4c in Sosnowiec along with the necessary accompanying works for the floor with a certified surface and flexible, compliant with the PN-EN 14904:2006 standard (“Sports surfaces. Multifunctional indoor surfaces. Specification”) with a current FIBA Level 1 Certificate, which is the basic condition for obtaining a license from the Polish Basketball Association (PZKosz). The PFU is to enable the Ordering Party to implement the investment in the "design and build" formula. The current parquet floor is made of beech board panels in the Junckers DuoBAT 110+ system. A. Scope of activities of the author of the PFU in the course of implementing the scope of works covered by this order should in particular include the following elements:1. Carrying out an inventory to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the contract. The Ordering Party has an executive design of the current parquet floor (paper version) from 2010 copyrights to it and will make it available to the service provider. 2.
