1. The subject of the order is the preparation of five separate studies of the functional and utility program for the task titled: Extending tram stops in order to adapt them to service with tram rolling stock longer than 45 meters - stage 1 in the following locations:1) Budapesztaska stop2) Migowo stop3) Krlewskie Wzgrze stop4) Abdzia stop5) Zabornia stop.2. The aim of the task is: 1) to develop technical and functional assumptions for the purpose of enabling the order to be placed in the formula design and build;2) determining the planned costs of design works and planned costs of construction works;3) identifying the existing network of technical infrastructure and solving problems of possible collisions;4) identifying ground and geological conditions, and also determining appropriate structures.3. The detailed scope of the order and the terms of implementation were specified in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions public procurement agreement, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
