The subject of the order is the Development of a Functional and Utility Program for the task titled: Construction of a road for bicycles on the Bielice - Pyrzyce - Brzesko section (Płonia Valley Route). 2.The subject of the order includes: 1) development of a functional and utility program with a technical concept along with a summary of the planned costs of design works and planned costs construction works; 2) obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions of consent to implement the project along with a project information sheet or a report on the environmental impact of the project (if required); 3) development of the entire project electronic version (USB memory stick). The subject of the order is described in detail in Chapter C and E of the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in Art. 305 point 1 in connection with joke. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act - Public procurement law. 4. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor or Subcontractor(s) to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the order on the basis of an employment relationship.
