The purpose of PFU is to design the scope of construction works, modernization and adaptation of space hospital facilities for new functions and retrofitting with modern medical equipment and equipment as well as equipment necessary for the functioning of organizational units. The project should be implemented in a sequential manner, keeping as much as possible the activities of individuals in an undisturbed or minimally disturbed manner. The PFU contractor is obliged to develop an initial concept of phasing the works along with defining the necessary buffer solutions enabling the temporary transfer of functions medical, while maintaining the safety of patients and staff.
