1. The subject of the order is the development of a complete Functional and Utility Program (FFU) for the planned project consisting in the construction of a shelter intended to ensure the protection of the population and personnel in emergency situations, in particular in in the case of natural disasters, fires, industrial accidents and military activities. The Functional and Utility Program should be developed in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in particular the provisions governing the preparation and implementation of public procurement and relevant implementing regulations specifying the scope and form of the Functional and Utility Program for plot number 868/1 in the town of Winiew, Jakubw commune.2. The documentation will constitute the basis for preparing and conducting public procurement proceedings in design and build formula.3.
