As part of the task, it is planned to develop a complete Functional and Utility Program for the investment consisting in the construction, in the coming years, of a collective protection facility - a hiding place, in the city of Pilawa. The document will be a comprehensive descriptive study functional, operational, technical and organizational requirements for the planned investment, constituting the basis for the preparation and conduct of public procurement proceedings in the design and build formula, as well as for the implementation of construction works in the following years. The Functional and Utility Program will specify in particular the basic functional and technical parameters, land development requirements and standards that should be met at the design and implementation stage of the investment. Document this is the basis for the development of design documentation by the future contractor and the implementation of construction works. The description of the subject of the order is an annex to the SWZ.
