Development of a Functional and Utility Program (FFU) along with material and financial documentation necessary to announce a public procurement procedure for the implementation of an investment in the "design and build" formula entitled: "Construction of a hall inspection and repair of rolling stock in Sucha Beskidzka together with the necessary equipment and technical infrastructure" on the "Beskidzka" railway siding in Sucha Beskidzka POLREGIO S.A. The Małopolska Plant in Krakow invites Contractors having knowledge and experience in the subject of the inquiry to submit price information regarding the development of a Functional and Utility Program (FFU) along with the material and financial documentation necessary to announce the contract award procedure public for the implementation of an investment in the "design and build" formula entitled: "Construction of a rolling stock inspection and repair hall in Sucha Beskidzka together with the necessary equipment and technical infrastructure" on the "Beskidzka" railway siding in Sucha Beskidzka The detailed scope of the inquiry can be found in the attachments. Please read them carefully. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection. To make an appointment, please contact Mr. Franciszek Cholewa (Head of the Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Sucha Beskidzka) by phone at 693 084 091. Completion deadline: 90 days from signing the contract. Please submit your offer as an attachment (the Ordering Party does not provide a sample offer form). The procedure is multi-stage. After completing the RFI, negotiations will be conducted with the Contractors who submitted offers that cannot be rejected. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
