The subject of the order is design work for the task: Construction of a warehouse in the Osielsko commune with the function of a collective protection facility - development of a Functional and Utility Program along with obtaining all necessary arrangements and opinions (e.g. establishing conditions connection to the network with utility operators, preparation of an application for a felling permit). The building will be intended to serve as a civil defense warehouse and a food warehouse. In situations requiring the support of rescue operations, it is also allowed its use for storing rescue equipment of the Volunteer Fire Department. The underground part of the facility should be designed as a protective structure of U1 category or as a Emergency Shelter (MDS), in accordance with the applicable regulations regarding civil protection and civil defense. The design solution should take into account the possibility of using this part of the facility in peacetime while ensuring the ability to quickly activate the protective function in emergency situations.
