The subject of this public procurement is the creation of the Executive Project for the renovation (overhaul) of the line L204 Banova Jaruga - Pčelić on the section Daruvar - Pčelić in accordance with Article 4 of the "Regulations on technical conditions for the safety of railway traffic that must be met railways" (Official Gazette 128/08). The aforementioned article of the Ordinance defines: Renewal (overhaul) of railways (railway infrastructure subsystems) is the performance of large-scale maintenance works on an existing railway or track in use (that is, on parts of the railway infrastructure subsystems) which mainly replace worn-out parts of the railway infrastructure subsystems with the same or similar ones at the end of their useful life, while the essential requirements for building and the compliance of the building with the locational conditions in accordance with which it was built.
