The subject of the procedure and order is the comprehensive implementation of permanent and temporary exhibitions as part of the investment project titled: "Former monastery - former prison - modern museum. Adaptation of the historic seat of the Museum Archaeological Museum in Krakow to modern standards for the 175th anniversary of the establishment of the institution" based on the approved exhibition concept. 2. The order is carried out as part of the project: entitled: "Former monastery - former prison - modern museum. Adaptation the historic seat of the Archaeological Museum in Krakow to modern standards on the 175th anniversary of the establishment of the institution" - a project co-financed by the EU under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (FEnIKS) program 2021-2027. 3. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex A to the SWZ and in the annexes to the Description of the subject of the order. 4. Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if public funds, which the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order were not awarded to it.
